Summary
Electrician needed in Flint Paying £17.12 per hr ref OR12671
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance in tenanted and void properties.
- Perform periodic inspection and testing in line with 2391 standards.
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and professionally.
- Complete certification and documentation accurately and on time.
- Liaise with tenants and housing officers to ensure excellent customer service.
