The Role

Are you an experienced Clinical Application Specialist with a passion for cardiac imaging and AI technology?

We are looking for a skilled and clinically experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Application Specialist for 1CMR, an AI-powered cardiac MRI post-processing software. This role is crucial in supporting the adoption, optimisation, and seamless integration of 1CMR in clinical settings.

Note: Must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Training: Deliver hands-on, tailored training sessions for cardiologists, radiographers, and clinical teams on the effective use of 1CMR.
Workflow Optimisation: Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate 1CMR into daily practices, enhancing reporting workflows and improving diagnostic efficiency.
Pre-Sales Support: Work with commercial teams to showcase 1CMR’s value through product demonstrations, presentations, and client consultations.
Customer Success: Build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, provide ongoing support, and resolve any barriers to optimal software use.

Founded in 2022, MyCardium AI is a spin-out from University College London. Our aim is to transform healthcare delivery using AI for cardiac MRI and Echo analysis. We're a passionate team committed to excellence, innovation, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

The Person

Qualifications: BSc in Diagnostic Radiography, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
Experience: Proven ability in clinical education and supporting diverse healthcare professionals. Prior experience with AI-driven clinical software and imaging informatics is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical clinical benefits.
Other: Willingness to travel frequently, including occasional international travel.
