Summary
Recruit4staff are representing a well-established industrial manufacturing business in their search for a Yard Person to work in Widnes
Job Details:
• Pay: £13.59 to £14.00 per hour
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm, 30 minute break for lunch plus a morning and afternoon break, 38.5 hour working week
• Duration: Temp To Perm
Job Role: The Yard Person will be responsible for unloading steel plate, steel tube, and mechanical parts, storing them appropriately on racking. The role also involves picking and supplying materials to manufacturing areas, preparing items for delivery to site, and operating a Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck across different sections of the factory.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
• Previous experience of working in an Engineering stores or warehousing environment
• Counterbalance Fork Lift truck license, either RTITB, NPORS or similar qualification
