ABOUT THE ROLE As Regional Support Manager, youll work closely with the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they meet performance targets and operate efficiently. Youll be a key player in driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region. Your responsibilities will include: Providing focused support to key homes, ensuring compliance and high standards of care Support Home Managers in achieving centres of excellence with CQC Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions in collaboration with the Regional Director Interpreting performance data and quality indicators to inform strategic decisions ABOUT YOU Youll embody our core valuescaring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountablein everything you do. Were looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a clinical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. Youll need to have: A current NMC pin and Registered Nurse qualification At least 3 years experience in a care home management role 5 years experience working with elderly care clients Proven ability to lead teams and support staff development NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes WHY AVERY?
