Summary

The Role

We are seeking an Aftercare Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Within this role you will work to build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with customer service departments of developers, target house builders and consultants to deliver high quality aftercare and defect resolution services.

Reporting to the Development Aftercare Manager, you will engage in the ‘end of defect liability’ process, including snagging at handover. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer journey and experience during the aftercare process through various communication methods such as internal systems, visits, emails, and calls. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party contractors, and use your knowledge of new homes regulations to assist and guide customers, providing clear answers and solutions. Additionally, you will monitor and manage defect reports, ensuring timely resolutions that meet Eastlight’s KPIs and SLAs, proactively overseeing defect control to support successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • £2,200 car allowance, per annum
  • Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
