Summary
Day to day duties as a new homes sales negotiator:

Requirements as a new homes sales negotiator:
- 2-5 years of New Homes Experience
- Good local area knowledge
- Flexible approach
What we offer for a new homes sales negotiator:
- 30,000 - 32,000 basic + commission
- Opportunity to earn up to 65,000
