Summary



Typist / Receptionist / Secretary
Location: Dudley
Hours: Full-time / Part-time (to be discussed)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

AML Legal is a busy and growing law firm seeking to employ a Typist / Receptionist / Secretary to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and managing incoming calls in a professional manner
Greeting clients and handling initial queries
Typing letters, emails, and other documents accurately and efficiently
Opening and maintaining client files on the company database
Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
Providing general secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a receptionist, secretary, or administrative role (legal experience an advantage but not essential)
Strong typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, and database use)
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
