Summary
Marketing Assistant and Customer Services - combined role.
We are recruiting for a new role with a client in the healthcare marketplace, based just north of Alton in Hampshire. The role is to work as a member of a small ( but growing) team of 4 customer services people.
/2026 is bringing additional focus on marketing within the company, which is why this new role has been created.
Responsibilities include social media posting, digital collaterals, exhibitions, answering incoming customer calls, addressing customers questions around products, deliveries and services as well as processing orders and invoices. If you are a recent marketing graduate, this would be an excellent career launch for you. Full training will be given.
As a person, you will have an excellent phone voice, understand the importance of happy customers, and know that diplomacy and tact are key to the backbone of a strong sales department. An interest in working within healthcare would be an advantage. A qualification in marketing or 2 years’ experience as a marketing assistant is required.
The role is office based, 9-5, but for the right person there is a degree of flexibility and potential to be set up to work from home for 1 day per week. To apply, you must live within 30 minutes travel of Alton in Hampshire.
