Graduate Administrative Analyst

BEAR Scotland is a leading road maintenance and management service provider in Scotland, maintaining and improving Scottish Trunk Roads including bridges and structures through some of the most scenic, but challenging, parts of the country.
We develop and build local management and delivery teams in each area where we hold a contract. These teams are supported by both national partners and local SME suppliers to provide an economic, flexible, resilient and sustainable service.
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for data and a sharp eye for detail? We’re looking for a Graduate Administrative Analyst to join our Commercial Team – a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in a role where data meets decision making.
This is a full-time role based in our newly refurbished Head office in Perth. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 40 hours, with hybrid working available after three months.
Roles and Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with the team to:
Dive into valuation and asset data, ensuring accurate logging and insightful tracking
Support the creation of procurement documents that drive commercial success
Manage and analyse measurement data to uncover trends and support strategic planning
Collaborate with operational team leaders and commercial leads to turn data into management tools to positively impact delivery efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
HNC, or similar, in Business Administration (or similar)
Experience with Data analysis
Experience with BI Reporting & linking Datra
Excellent IT Skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications in particular Excel
Experience with SharePoint and building work spaces
