Summary

An opportunity has arisen within the Infrastructure Delivery Service for a Corporate Landlord Team Leader on a permanent basis, managing our hard and soft FM across our Educational Estate and overseeing our PPP and PFI contracts.

We are looking for an individual who can lead a team, drive and support transformational change across the Corporate Landlord Model, driving efficiencies, managing condition issues, response repairs, keeping the estate clean, safe, compliance and fit for purpose, as well as planning for the future.
