Summary
Early Years Nursery Practitioner role to start ASAP in East London
There is a great opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner with a qualification in Early Years or Childcare to start a new role at a warm and welcoming nursery in Newham with an immediate start!
Working full-time as a permanent Early Years Nursery Practitioner, you would be joining a team of committed and friendly staff and some of your daily duties would include:
• Leading/helping with activities that stimulate children's imagination and creativity
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
• Following the EYFS curriculum to assist with the development of early reading and early maths skills
• Creating a language rich and supportive environment
• Encouraging development through interactive play and age-appropriate learning experiences
• Helping children to start developing positive relationships and social skills from a young age
• Carrying out observations with your key children
Previous experience within a nursery setting is desired for this Nursery Practitioner role, and a Level 2 or 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification is essential. The suitable Early Years Practitioner should have a good understanding of and good attitude towards working in EYFS, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
