Clickingmad Ltd is looking for two enthusiastic Junior Developers to join our award-winning digital team.

Junior Developer – Learn, Build, and Grow
Location: Bridgnorth, Shropshire, work from home Monday & Friday.
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

We’re growing fast and need two Junior Developers to join our talented team. You’ll learn from industry experts, work on real client projects, and help build fast, secure, and engaging websites for businesses across the UK.

This is a rare opportunity to learn how to build fast, secure and successful websites alongside experienced professionals with decades of industry know-how.

We’re a full-service web agency based in beautiful Bridgnorth, Shropshire, creating websites for a wide range of businesses across many industries. Known for our friendly approach, fantastic client support and real-world advice, we help our clients improve performance, generate leads, and achieve measurable results online.

What you’ll bring
• Solid understanding of HTML5, PHP, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery
• A passion for all things digital and a willingness to learn
• Team spirit and a can-do attitude
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to travel to the office
• Passion for all things digital

Bonus skills
• A related degree or relevant work experience
• Agency experience would be great
• PHP & MySQL knowledge
• Experience with WordPress and an understanding of the way the web works
• Converting designs into functional websites

What you’ll do
• Build and test websites for speed, security, and SEO-readiness
• Work closely with clients and team members
• Keep up with the latest digital trends
• Support and maintain existing projects
• Work from home on Mondays and Fridays
• Sometimes play table tennis in the office, if you like!
