A wonderful and welcoming nursery in Southfields, Wandsworth, is now looking for a passionate and caring Early Years Educator who holds a Level 3 (minimum) qualification in Early Years to join the team!
This nursery is a great place for any Early Years Educator looking to further their early years career, with ongoing training provided throughout the year, and is a lovely setting with bright and well-equipped rooms that each open out onto their own garden for extended learning and play. There are also regular days out to local parks and farms!
Working as an Early Years Educator is very rewarding - you are making a difference to children's lives and early development, and you will see how they grow whilst in your care and preparing them for the next stage of their education. This is a lovely nursery that prioritises children's individual and specific needs through a tailored curriculum that enables every child to progress towards the Early Learning Goals.
This nursery offers many benefits, including:
• Yearly bonuses
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays, with an additional paid holiday break between Christmas and New Year, and an extra holiday day for each full year you work
• Annual pay rises
• Team building events
• Employee of the month - with a chance to win a voucher
• Bonus scheme for introducing a colleague
• Staff inset training days 3 times a year
• Friendly and sociable team
As a qualified Early Years Educator, it is essential that you have previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting, and it is important that you have good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, key worker practices and an understanding of safeguarding. You must also hold a relevant qualification.
This is a permanent full-time Early Years Educator position to work Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm, and you will be working as part of a team to support children's development, lead interactive play and learning sessions, and carry out observations.
If you have a genuine love for working with children then this is the place for you! Apply now and make a difference in Southfields as a qualified Early Years Educator!
