This Surveyor role is Monday to Friday based in our Walter Road Central Office with the option of agile/hybrid working. Our surveyors work closely with contractors, and colleagues to deliver efficient, effective, and customer-centric surveying services. With an annual salary £35, 450 - £37,668 (Salary linked to experience) working 35 hours per week and annual leave starting from 28 days excluding bank holidays.

Closing Date: Friday 19th September 2025 at 12pm noon.

Interview Date: Thursday 2nd October 2025.

About the role

As a Surveyor at Caredig you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, carrying out inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across your designated area. Liaising with other Departments, Welsh Government, Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

About you

You will need to hold a Construction or Maintenance Qualification at HNC or Equivalent, and knowledge of Health and Safety requirements including the Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) regulations.
