About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team at RNLI College as Waiting & Bar Staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality setting, providing exceptional service to guests and contributing to a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with Aramark standards
- Support hospitality functions, including bar and barista service
- Prepare service areas and maintain cleanliness throughout
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
- Correctly store food items and equipment after service
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- Eligibility to work in the UK and residency of over 3 years (security clearance required)
- Reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport options
