Summary

We are looking to appoint a Fundraising Manager on a 12-month renewable employment contract at £40,000 pro rata.

Job Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies and annual plans to meet financial and engagement goals. You will be expected to cultivate, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors, supporters, and partners to secure significant contributions. You will also design, manage, and execute fundraising appeals, campaigns, and events (including digital, print, and face-to-face methods) to attract donors and increase donations.

Skills and Qualifications

You must have experience in a similar fundraising, sales, or marketing role, with a track record of meeting income targets and exhibit,
-Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities to engage and motivate potential donors and supporters.
-Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, set objectives, and drive performance.
-The ability to develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies and campaigns.
-Confidence in working with budgets, forecasting income, and analysing performance.
-Strong skills in building relationships with people at all levels.
-Strong project management and time-management skills to oversee multiple activities and deadlines.
-Competence with relevant software, including Microsoft Office and fundraising databases or CRM systems.
-A deep commitment to the organization's mission and the ability to articulate its impact convincingly.
