Responsibilities
Support residents in daily living activities, promoting their independence and personal development.
Assist with the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they reflect the residents' needs and preferences.
Facilitate recreational and social activities that encourage resident participation and enhance their quality of life.
Monitor and record residents' progress, health, and well-being, reporting any concerns to the management team.
Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, fostering a stable and positive environment.
Work collaboratively with other team members and external agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
A genuine passion for supporting individuals in social care settings.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
