About the role
All children are special but at RAFAKidz we believe our children are extra special. RAFAKidz is one of the chosen providers of nursery services to the RAF (Royal Air Force). The nursery at RAF Cranwell is one of 21 settings in the RAFAKidz family. The nursery has around 200 children on roll, supported by a team of circa 60 employees. Your role will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the site, working closely with your team.
Key objectives include;
To provide professional leadership and management of the nursery.
To effectively manage the day-to day running of the nursery.
To ensure the delivery of the highest standards of care and education.
To ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
To ensure the financial sustainability of the nursery.
To be the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery.
