Summary
Oban Holiday Lets is a fast-growing holiday rental management business with a portfolio of 30+ properties. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to join our team in Oban, responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our holiday lets. 3 or 4 day role available (must include Sat & Sun)
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards of cleanliness and maintenance are maintained.
Manage and resolve any guest issues during their stay.
Coordinate with property owners, cleaning teams, and maintenance contractors to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Oversee bookings, guest communications, and reservation management throughout the guest journey.
Schedule and monitor repairs, and manage relationships with third-party suppliers and contractors.
Maintain accurate records and provide relevant feedback to property owners.
