We are looking for a dedicated Teacher of P.E. to join our friendly, supportive team at Yate Academy, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, from October 2025.
Although this role is to cover maternity, we welcome applications from both male and female applicants.
About the role:
The Academy is looking for someone who will motivate, challenge, support and inspire our students.
• To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
• To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/tutor.
• To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to accelerate with their learning.
• To contribute to raising standards of student attainment across the school.
• To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
