Your role:

Your role will involve creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with young people with SEND and their families. As a PfA Life Coach you will engage with young people from the age of 14 to 25, providing support in four areas of Preparing for Adulthood: Independence, Health and Wellbeing, Community Inclusion, Employment. You will help young people to identify their skills & talents, try new things, and achieve their goals. You will maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and local organisations. You will support young people and their families to navigate different services and processes to support great outcomes.

We are looking for individuals to make a difference in the lives of local young people. You will need to build strong and trusted relationship with young people, their families, and a range of local organisations, pursuing a positive outcome for all. You will be passionate about equity and inclusion and will have extensive experience working with diverse groups of young people.
