Teaching Assistant
Grade: 4
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week (Term time plus 5 additional Days)
Start Date: 3rd November 2025
The governors are seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant, to join our happy and successful school, which was graded ‘GOOD’ in all areas by OFSTED (July 2024).
The role will include classroom duties in addition to lunchtime supervision and supporting at breakfast club.
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Practising Catholic or are fully committed to the Catholic ethos of the school.
- Have experience of working with children in the primary school phase
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of children with SEND.
- Receptive to training and implementing Evidence based strategies to support children.
- Able to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Enthusiastic, inspirational and pro-active in their approach
- Able to work as part of a supportive, nurturing team.
