Summary

The Site Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and processing of data across multiple systems. This is a key role in supporting the successful achievement of growth within Ingeus through ensuring accuracy of data reporting to inform further decision making.

This role is based at one of our Hounslow Assessment Centres and is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Courtesy calls to claimants ensuring GDPR compliance and processes are strictly followed.
  • Facilitation of any special claimant requests such as translators.
  • Daily PRS diary maintenance and actioning any system alignment changes and management of the arrivals board ensuring slots are accurately uploaded on a weekly basis.
  • Work in conjunction with the Senior Site Coordinator to shape PRS diaries and upload required slots.
  • Support local Assessment Centre when business requires. Training will be given on current requirement.
  • Deputise for Senior Site Coordinator during periods of leave.

Essential Criteria:

  • You will be required to undergo and successfully gain BPSS security clearance check to undertake this position.
  • IT literate, competent in Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in English Language skills: able to communicate via telephone, email, and face to face in a clear and courteous and professional manner.
  • Organisation skills: demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload when multitasking in a rational manner both individually and for the team.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude: willing to undertake other ad hoc duties as required e.g. supporting other teams / cover SSC duties.
