Summary

Improvement Practitioner-eLearning

We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital learning and educational technology and its impact on teaching, learning and assessment. The person we are looking for is keen to innovate approaches to teaching and learning using a wide range of appropriate technologies and to support and train colleagues in how to use and implement these in their daily working life at the college.

The Improvement Practitioner - eLearning will be involved in supporting both teaching and non-teaching colleagues in all aspects of digital technology at Lewisham College through delivering 1-2-1 or group CPD activities as part of the regular college-wide CPD programme. The improvement Practitioner - eLearning will also deliver development sessions as part of the teaching and learning conference/staff development days across Lewisham College. In addition, they will be expected to support in the collation and sharing of data to internal stakeholders as part of the monitoring of performance across the college.
