Summary
Learning Support Assistant

Permanent, 27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum

In order to keep up with a dramatic rise in student numbers and further planned expansion, we are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants. Do you want to come and join us?
You will be committed to making a positive difference to young people’s lives, supporting and developing their learning. Your intervention will help enable an outstanding learning environment for our young people, helping them achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be proactive, familiar in working with children, engaging and patient. You will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, across years 7-11, and Post 16, to develop relationships across our school and the Wigston Academies Trust. We welcome applications from experienced LSAs, TAs or those with relevant experience and transferable skills.
