Summary
LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR
12.00pm to 1.00pm Monday to Friday, term time only

Working hours per week: 5 hours
We are looking to appoint a permanent lunchtime supervisor who will be responsible for providing general supervision of pupils during their lunch period.
The duties will include:
• Supervising the pupils whilst they eat their lunch, maintaining pleasant relations with pupils
• getting to know the children and be aware of individuals who may not be choosing to eat healthily or adequately
• Reporting concerns about pupil welfare/conduct to the relevant member of staff
• Encourage good behaviour, ensuring an acceptable level is maintained at all times clean tables and help maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in dining area
• Supervising children in the playgroundThe successful candidate should ideally:
• Be hardworking and committed
• Have a good sense of humour and team spirit
• Be flexible and responsive
• Have proven communication skills
• Enjoy working with young people
• Be willing to become a first aider if required
