Summary
At Auriol Junior School, we have a position open for an Attendance & Admissions Officer to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception.
Job overview
You will be responsible for all attendance and admission, helping cover the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, as well as providing general administrative support.
Job requirements
Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
A high level of verbal and written communication standards
Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
