Summary
The Best Connection are hiring for General Operatives for a large manufacturing site in TS6, Middlesbrough. The Client is an industry-leader, with great benefits and potential for its staff.
This role has the potential to go perm with the Client once a successful probation period has been passed.
Location:
- Middlesbrough, TS6
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am to 15:30pm
- Some overtime may be available on weekends, paid at a higher rate
- Supporting in the production of steel doors
- Preparing materials for powder coating
- Moving goods around the warehouse
- Ensuring finished products are inspected and high-quality standards are met
- Ensuring customer orders are handled with care
- Previous experience as a General Operative or similar role ideal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- A desire to learn, with great punctuation and an excellent work ethic
- £12.98 per hour, £27,000 per annum
- £19.47 per hour Saturday
- £25.96 per hour Sunday
- 24 holidays (plus bank holidays), increasing by 1 day for every year of service up to 4 years
- Health Plan, including money back on dental and eye tests, as well as discounted gym memberships once probation is passed
- Eligible for a profit share scheme once probation is passed, paid Quarterly
