Your new roleWe have an opportunity for Tech 1 to join our client's team in Glassgow.
Contract: 6+ Months (26/08/25 - 31/03/2026)
- Location: Glasgow Scotland G2 8LA
- Rate: £17.30/Hr through Umbrella company OR £13.33 /hr through PAYE
Main Responsibilities
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end users
Performing basic repairs and maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals Supporting operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common applications Assisting with setup and configuration of new devices Logging and tracking support tickets to resolution
What We're Looking For1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Solid understanding of hardware components and repair techniques
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and remote support software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A team player with a customer-first mindset
