Job Description

Position: Sous chef

Hours: 40 hours / week, working 5 days out of 7. Evening and weekend working will be required.

Location: Rydal Penhros

Rate of Pay: Salary on experience

Requirements:

  • Manual Driving license
  • The ability to work between various sites.
  • Proven experience working in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
