Job Description
Position: Sous chef
Hours: 40 hours / week, working 5 days out of 7. Evening and weekend working will be required.
Location: Rydal Penhros
Rate of Pay: Salary on experience
Requirements:
- Manual Driving license
- The ability to work between various sites.
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
