Summary
Offer a timely advice and guidance service for management of unscheduled bleeding on HRT. Provide appropriate management of HRT. Liaise with BWH Gynaecology team to communicate and discuss any complexities, to ensure that patients get the appropriate support. Utilise the support links with the BWH Gynaecology team to communicate and discuss any complex cases, to ensure that patients are managed or re-directed appropriately. Worth within policy and guidance of the unscheduled bleeding on HRT BSol pathway (see enclosed). Support with the development and delivery of the unscheduled bleeding on HRT pathway . Collaborate with the WMCA, system GP clinical cancer leads and the Gynaecology team within BWH. Attend the regional West Midlands Cancer Alliance GP educational events. Support and attend the local BSol ICB GP educational cancer events.
