Summary

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Gerrards Cross working on the Thames Water framework



Location: Gerrards Cross, mixture of home and office working

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in the commercial management of the project at construction phase.



Your day to day will include:

-Ensure compliance with the project's procurement strategy, including subcontract inquiries and tender reviews

-Manage valuations, project cashflow, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress records

-Preparation of monthly cost/ value reports for projects, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members



What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you hold:

-Relevant academic qualification in a construction related degree

-Full driving licence

-Prior experience working in a commercial role for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure

-Experience with a variety of contract forms

-The ability to work collaboratively and part of a team
