Summary
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a nurturing early years environment. This role offers the opportunity to support the development and wellbeing of children in a professional and engaging setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily care and development of children in line with the nursery’s policies and early years framework.
Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote learning through play.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to planning and assessments.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of care and education.
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
Commitment to supporting children’s learning and development.
