The Role
DIO Estates currently a vacancy for an experienced Programme Manager to work within the Acquisitions and Disposals team.
Acquisitions and Disposals are the in-house estates team responsible for acquiring and disposing of MOD land and property, in particular, securing capital receipts for MOD re-investment. The team manages an extensive pipeline of sites for disposal working with local planning authorities and key stakeholders to maximise their potential prior to sale.
The Programme Manager role manages the delivery of the disposals programme on behalf of the Head of A&D, including reporting, budget and forecasting and procurement of supporting contracts.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the established DIO Estate Acquisitions and Disposals team of highly skilled Surveyors to support the delivery of 4 disposals programmes and the acquisitions pipeline.
This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
