An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Band 6 post within aGeneral Acute Medical Ward with a focus on Endocrine patients.

Successful applicants will be required to support the co-ordination of this busy, 28 bedded ward, while providing leadership to the junior work force in union with the band 7 clinical lead.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, happy and professional individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to the team's vision. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership qualities and for an individual who is passionate about strengthening an existing team.
We are a General Acute Medical Ward so knowledge or an interest in Endocrine, Respiratory and Gastroenterology would be an advantage. This is an exciting time to join our Ward with future developments planned. You will enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same and join a team who are committed to providing excellent patient care.
We offer excellent learning and development opportunities and will support your professional development through a variety of study days, competencies and courses.

The successful applicant will drive to continually improve patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience through implementation of the Trust’s quality strategy.
