Summary
What you’ll do:
Make fresh dough from scratch and prep quality toppings
Hand-stretch, top, and cook pizzas to a consistently high standard
Keep the kitchen safe, clean, and running smoothly
Contribute new ideas for specials and seasonal twists
Serve up pizzas that look just as good as they taste
Help shape and grow our food offering as the venue develops
What we’re after:
Previous experience as a pizza chef is essential
Confidence with dough making, sauces, and cooking in a busy service
A passion for fresh ingredients and creating great food
Someone who thrives in a buzzing kitchen environment
A reliable team player with a positive attitude
Availability Thursday–Sunday evenings
