Summary
The Role
Life at The Boathouse is busy, varied, and always lively. One minute you’ll be crafting lattes, the next you’ll be serving food, chatting to customers, or keeping the café looking its best.
You’ll be:
Making awesome coffee and warming up fresh food
Delivering great service with a smile
Keeping things clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Helping with stock, deliveries & takeaway orders
Supporting your teammates (and sometimes running the show solo)
What We’re Looking For
Weekend availability is a must
A friendly, reliable team player who loves working with people
Good communication skills & a positive attitude
A strong eye for cleanliness and detail
Food Safety Level 2 (or willing to complete with us)
Required
Experience barista work/ hospitality
Food hygiene knowledge
Confidence working independently
