Summary
Location: Hatton, Warwickshire - This role will require regular travel.
Hours: 47.5 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?
As a General Operative, you'll be working within the Regional Civils team, supporting them by carrying out a variety of civil engineering tasks including general groundworks, concreting, steel fixing, shuttering and general lifting operations, general construction and customer liaison.
Your day to day will include:
-General Site duties associated with civil engineering groundworks, ensuring works are of a high standard.
-Responsible for adhering to all Health and Safety standards and requirements as dictated by site paperwork.
-Communicating with the supervisor and other colleagues as required to update them on progress, timely communication when unexpected issues arise on site.
-Receiving toolbox talks, receiving RAMS, receiving site inductions.
-Ensure correct use of plant and materials and to minimise wastage.
-Working independently and following instructions and maintaining an accident free zone and positive approach to Health and Safety.

-Relevant construction experience
