Our client, a leading social housing contractor based in Rochdale, is seeking an experienced Joiner to carry out work on domestic properties across Rochdale and surrounding areas.
Joiner Role Details:
• Reactive and planned preventative maintenance in tenanted properties
• Ongoing contract with the potential of becoming permanent
• Location: Stockport
• Rate of Pay: £22 per hour
• Immediate starts available
Joiner Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience within social housing is preferred
• Own vehicle and tools required (a work van may be provided, so a clean driving licence is desirable)
