Summary

We believe every school deserves access to an engaging practical course that inspires pupils who might otherwise drift, and we take pride in tailoring our programmes so they truly enhance each setting. As our remote sales person, you’ll help us bring this impact into more schools, academies and youth services across the country while championing the value of giving young people ownership of their achievements.

Key responsibilities:

Identify and contact potential clients in education and youth services, sharing how VeloBuild can benefit their students and improve attendance, confidence and vocational skills.

Research local authorities and educational trusts to find the right decision‑makers and tailor your approach to each organisation’s needs and priorities.

Tailor course proposals to fit each school’s timetable, budget and group size, clearly explaining the value of hands‑on learning and AQA accreditation.

Deliver engaging presentations and virtual demos to decision‑makers, answer questions with confidence and follow through to close deals in a friendly, persuasive way.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads in our CRM, tracking progress against friendly metrics and targets so you can celebrate your successes and spot opportunities to improve.

Collaborate with coaches and the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and positive client experiences, feeding back insights from schools to improve our offering.

Build long‑term relationships with schools, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for future programmes; check in after courses to gather feedback and look for repeat bookings.

Attend occasional trade shows or education conferences (virtually or in person) to promote VeloBuild, expand your network and stay up to date with trends in alternative education.
