Summary

We are looking to appoint a Facilities Manager for 37 Hours per Week, on a Full Year basis to join our team. This is a multi site role, with the successful candidate working across Graham School and George Pindar School.

This role is responsible for the security, safety, cleanliness and upkeep of all school buildings, grounds and facilities under the direction of the Support Services Manager and or Principal to ensure a secure, safe and hygienic environment for all building users. This role will organise and direct all premises staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety within the school. The site management team as a whole are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and buildings throughout the school to provide a safe environment.

We are looking for:

Strong facilities management experience - in an educational setting would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams
A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and upkeep
Strong understanding of health and safety practices
A positive attitude that aligns to our Trust Values of Kindness, Respect and Teamwork.
