Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Security Officer, to join the Allied Universal team on a well know Government contract, based in Westminster!

Currently, we are looking for someone who has current/previous supervisor experience and is able to work in a fast paced environment, being able to support a team and also meet client requirements at all times. Your role will be to be there for a point of escalation and to support the Operations management team when events take place on site, or when security incidents need to be investigated.

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £17.45 per hour
Hours: 42
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off. Flexibility required Monday to Sunday, for a day and night shift rotation
SIA License: Security Guarding or Door Supervisor
Experience Needed: Over 1 year in a security supervisor position, in a corporate environment

Please be aware that this position will require a SC Clearance (set by the Government), so you will be asked questions in regards to this in a telephone interview to ensure you meet the requirements.

Your Time at Work
As a Senior Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Physical Security, protection of client assets and people.
- Assist and support training needs to ensure they are identified and appropriate training & development is delivered.
- Operationally support the DM in the delivery of the agreed service levels.
- Assist with monthly audits on all Security practices and process, which includes AIs and PIs.
- Support in the delivery of Post Instructions across the security team at the FCDO
- Provide Operational support and act as a point of contact out of hours if and when required.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.
- Assist and be a point of contact for Incident Management, ensuring that incidents are correctly managed and escalated as per client specifications.
- Ensure the security team is rostered and all holidays are applied for and submitted to the DM within the guidelines

Our Perfect Worker
- To be aged 18 or over
- To hold a valid Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License
- Be a great communicator, verbally and written
- To have great customer service skills
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office platforms
