An opportunity for an enthusiastic, analytical and quality focussed individual who can embed a quality framework and continuous improvement approach to the Connect to Work Programme as part of UK Governments Get Britain Working reforms.

Working regionally with both local authority partners and commissioned services, the role will oversee all aspects of quality management and embed the fidelity model for supported employment with project partners on behalf of the accountable body Denbighshire Council. The role will also be responsible for managing and
monitoring performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing team within Working Denbighshire in the supporting people into employment.
