Our Health in Justice service line is now expanding into non-Custodial healthcare, a person-centred approach delivered via a solid and consolidated infrastructure aimed to assess individuals mental health and neurodiversity requirements, to redirect them to the most appropriate channel. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Engagement Navigator to join our team in West Yorkshire. As a Support Time and Recovery Navigator, you will be involved in the daily support of people across the Liaison and Diversion Service to encourage engagement and help them navigate through the Criminal Justice System. The role is to support access to the full scope of identified health needs, including substance misuse (alcohol and drugs), mental and physical health, homelessness, learning disabilities, exploitation, safeguarding and social care issues. Location This role is based in the West Yorkshire Region. Hours This is a bank role. Various hours available including weekends Salary This position is bank paying an hourly rate of £15.25. - Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
