Exciting Opportunity: Dynamic Administrator for Rehabilitation Engineering Service (RES)

Possible Working Options:
• Full-Time
Primarily office-based at the start, with the potential for some remote working as you become established in the role and team. Start times can be flexible, and working days can vary in length (e.g. three longer days and two shorter days).
• Job Share
Two candidates sharing the full responsibilities of the role. This would require a high level of collaboration, communication, and organisation. Ideal for highly motivated individuals who work well as part of a close partnership.
• Job Split
Two part-time candidates with divided responsibilities. For example, one may focus on administrative, office-based, or secretarial tasks, while the other may handle financial duties

What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing all communications for the RES, acting as the go-to person for colleagues, external agencies, and service users.
• Taking ownership of database updates, order processing, and invoice approvals.
• Providing crucial administrative support, including accurate minute-taking and managing workloads efficiently.
• Handling queries with empathy and professionalism, even in tricky situations.
• Keeping the office running smoothly with tasks like phone and email management, filing, and stationery restock.
• Supporting the senior team and occasionally covering reception duties for a short time each week.
What We’re Looking For:
• Confident with Microsoft Office and database systems, with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong sense of confidentiality and information governance.
• Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively in a busy environment.
