Summary
Job Title: Residential Support Officer
Reports To: Director
We are looking for someone who is compassionate and proactive to provide support and guidance to tenants. Your role is vital in fostering a sense of community within our HMOS.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to tenants, addressing their concerns and needs.
- Conduct regular check ins with tenants and identify any issues.
- Mediate conflicts between tenants.
- Ensure tenants comply with property rules and regulations.
- Assist tenants in accessing community resources and support services.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate people.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and support activities.
Qualifications include:
- Proof of experience in some sort of support role/a role working with vulnerable and/or difficult people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathise with everyone, regardless of age, religion or ethnic backgroung.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
