Summary
We are looking for an experienced female Support Worker / Personal Assistant to provide support to our mature lady client, both at home and in the community.
Key Details
• Hours: 13 per week (subject to ASC reviews)
• Pay: £13.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Language: Urdu/Punjabi speaker essential
• Driving: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (with business insurance)
Role Responsibilities
• Provide personal care and assist with household tasks (light cleaning, support / prepare healthy & cultural meals).
• Support with medication, appointments, and daily routines.
• Accompany client to social and wellbeing activities that promote health and lung function.
• Support and encourage daily chair based exercise.
• Encourage independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
Candidate Requirements
• Female applicants only (in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Part 1, Schedule 9).
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions, COPD, or asthma (desirable).
• Compassionate, reliable, and flexible approach to care.
• Enhanced DBS and suitable references required.
