If you're looking to grow your career as a Service Improvement Administrator within a supportive and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This will ensure that contractual requirements for KPI reporting are met and that service managers have access to meaningful business intelligence that informs decisions and helps to drive the continuous improvement of service quality and performance.
You will have responsibility for creating and developing lean performance reporting structures as required and directed by the Service Improvement Lead or Quality Assurance and Performance Lead. Work independently and with initiative to continually improve the efficiency and quality of performance reporting and data management. Provide support, guidance, coaching and mentoring to others, to ensure that all systems and data capture templates are completed correctly and within required timescales. Undertake the temporary supervision of work carried out by others (for example office administrators for external care providers as part of an SPOLR response), setting tasks and monitoring completion, highlighting any concerns or issues to the Service Improvement Lead. Work with the Service Improvement Lead to respond to SPOLR requests at pace, providing administrative support, gathering data and intelligence to inform options appraisals.
Your job will be to take responsibility for dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries and correspondence. Working on your own initiative to take action as appropriate and referring issues to the relevant department where necessary. Using a wide range of electronic systems to extract and interpret data and to prepare and present information in a clear and logical format.
