Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are recruiting for an Assistant Head of Year to join our staff team. Working closely with the Head of Year you will play a key role in raising standards through supporting the pastoral care in a year group. You will support students in achieving positive educational outcomes with a focus on behaviour, safeguarding, attendance and punctuality. The successful applicant must be able to establish excellent relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues, and work well within a team.
If you have a positive and proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills and ability to build and maintain good rapport with students we would welcome your application.
