We are looking for a caring, flexible, and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join us and make a real difference to children’s lives.
About the Role
This varied role involves supporting pupils across both Upper and Lower Key Stage 2:
1. Upper Key Stage 2 – SEN Support (Mornings)
1:1 support for a child in English and Maths.
Supporting their emotional regulation and wellbeing within the classroom.
2. Lower Key Stage 2 – Group Support (Afternoons)
Working with small groups of pupils to develop phonics, reading, speech and language.
Supporting access to the wider curriculum (e.g. History, Geography).
At times, you may be asked to support other children across the year group. Flexibility, collaboration, and a team-first approach are essential.

• Is confident working 1:1, in small groups, and within a whole-class setting.
• Can work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and colleagues to support learning and behaviour.
• Brings warmth, patience, and resilience to the role.
• Builds strong, positive relationships with children and parents.
• Promotes self-esteem, inclusion, and emotional development.
